Social Justice Sessions

The past few years the words diversity, equity and inclusion have come to the forefront of many work environments. This idea is grand, however, the road to social, economic, racial and environmental justice is one that goes on for a lifetime. This work should include belonging and mattering as well. It must be lived every single day. We must build a common language, recognize our bias’, create equitable spaces, educate our children in the true history of this country and above all make space for historically marginalized human beings.
